Massage
not only does the muscles good, it also reduces stress at the same time and supports the body’s own regeneration and healing.

With a doctor’s prescription, you can get massage for healing purposes. On the basis of our anamnesis conversation I choose the appropriate technique or combination of treatment methods for your complaints.

Or, for those who need a short break, book a relaxing massage. Ideal for general tension in the neck/shoulder or back area, or as a benefit after a hard week’s work, as well as against sore muscles after sports.


Mobility and fascia training
is ideal for self-treatment of various pains and, of course, after sports, especially during strenuous training sessions or days.

With a Mobility lesson with me we focus exactly on your discomfort zones and enable future self-treatment.


Fitness training
